Usage:
Hempaprime Alpha 590 is recommended as a primer or intermediate coat in atmospheric coating systems for mild to moderate corrosive environments. It is suitable for both new construction and maintenance, and can also be applied directly over cured zinc silicate. With 80 ± 2% volume solids, it provides a recommended DFT of 120 µm and a theoretical spreading rate of approximately 6.7 m²/litre.

Applications:
Ideal for industrial steel structures, equipment, and interior surfaces requiring durable atmospheric protection. Suitable for new-build, maintenance, and repair applications where a high-build epoxy coating is required. It can be used in temperatures down to -40°C for dry exposure and withstands maximum dry exposure temperatures up to 120°C.
