Usage:

Provides excellent resistance to moisture, saline environments, and industrial pollutants, ensuring strong adhesion and barrier protection when used between primers and finish coats. Offers a matt finish in brown and grey shades, with a volume solids content of approximately 60%. Achieves recommended dry film thickness of 50–100 µm per coat, giving a theoretical coverage of 12.0 m²/litre at 50 µm and 6.0 m²/litre at 100 µm. Drying time at 30°C is 2 hours to surface dry, 12 hours to hard dry, with full cure achieved in 7 days. Overcoating intervals range from 12 hours to 1 month, provided the surface is clean and free from contaminants. Application can be done by airless spray, air spray, or brush/roller, with appropriate thinning using Thinner T-141.

Applications:

Recommended as an intermediate coat in protective systems for steel structures, pipelines, tanks, bridges, power plants, and marine/coastal installations. Designed to enhance durability and corrosion resistance in combination with suitable primers (such as zinc-rich or epoxy primers) and topcoats (epoxy or polyurethane finishes). Suitable for use in highly aggressive industrial and marine environments where long-term performance is required.
