With its superior resistance to a wide range of acids, alkalis, solvents, and salts, it is ideal for protecting both MS and concrete structures. The coating delivers a tough, durable, and long-lasting barrier against highly corrosive conditions.

Usage:
Epilux 950 is recommended for single-coat or multi-coat applications where superior protection is required against chemicals, solvents, and saline or industrial exposure. It provides excellent water and chemical resistance, with a continuous temperature resistance of 100°C and intermittent resistance up to 120°C. The coating has a recommended DFT of 125–300 microns per coat (average 200 microns) with a spreading rate of approx. 4.25 Sq. Mtr./Ltr. It dries to touch within 3–4 hours, can be handled in 8–10 hours, and achieves full hardness in 16 hours. Full curing occurs in a minimum of 7 days. Overcoating intervals range between 24 hours (min) and 5 days (max).
Applications:
Epilux 950 Super Highbuild Coating is ideal for use in refineries, petrochemical units, tankage exteriors, pipelines, offshore installations, fertilizer plants, and other highly corrosive industrial and marine environments. It is particularly effective in new construction and maintenance situations requiring long-term corrosion and chemical resistance.
