Usage:

Epilux CUI CTG Grey is formulated to deliver outstanding corrosion resistance under wet and dry insulation conditions. It withstands wet heat up to 180°C and dry heat up to 230°C, making it ideal for pipelines, process equipment, and insulated steel structures. The coating provides excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, salt, and water, with strong abrasion and impact resistance. It dries to touch in 2–3 hours, hard dries within 10 hours, and achieves full cure in 7 days at 30°C. Recommended dry film thickness is 100–150 µm per coat, with a theoretical coverage of 4.5–6.8 m²/litre. The coating has an eggshell gloss finish in light grey and can be applied by airless spray for best results.

Applications:

Recommended for use in refineries, petrochemical plants, heavy chemical industries, and pharmaceutical installations where corrosion under insulation is a major concern. Suitable for pipelines, vessels, storage tanks, and insulated equipment exposed to cyclic wet and dry heat.
