Usage:
Provides excellent barrier protection against water, salt, and mild chemicals. Offers superior resistance to weathering, abrasion, and solvents with very good adhesion. Ensures continuous temperature resistance up to 93°C (intermittent up to 120°C). Recommended DFT is 80–100 microns per coat with a spreading rate of 6.2–7.8 m²/litre. Compatible with epoxy primers and can be overcoated with epoxy, PU, or other high-performance topcoats.
Applications:
Suitable for steel structures, pipelines, conveyors, storage tanks, power plants, petrochemical, pulp & paper, fertilizer, and marine installations. Commonly used as an intermediate coat in multi-layer epoxy systems to enhance durability and corrosion protection.
