Usage:
Hempadur 15570 is recommended as a maintenance and repair primer, intermediate, and/or finishing coat in coating systems for severely corrosive environments. It can also be used as a low-temperature curing epoxy primer, intermediate, or finishing coat, as well as a blast primer in epoxy systems. With 54 ± 2% volume solids, it provides a recommended DFT of 100 µm and a theoretical spreading rate of approximately 5.4 m²/litre. It can cure at temperatures down to -10°C and withstands dry exposure temperatures up to 140°C.
Applications:
Ideal for industrial steel structures and equipment requiring durable corrosion protection in severely corrosive environments. Suitable for maintenance, repair, and new-build coating systems, including applications where low-temperature curing, humid conditions, or damp steel surfaces are encountered. It can be used beneath compatible Hempadur, Hempathane, and Hempatex coating systems.
