Usage:
Hempadur HB Primer 17300 is recommended as a general-purpose primer for steel and other metals exposed to moderately or severely corrosive environments. It can be used as part of Hempadur and Hempathane coating systems, with a recommended dry film thickness of 50–125 µm and a theoretical spreading rate of approximately 11 m²/litre at 50 µm DFT.

Applications:
Ideal for industrial steel structures and metal surfaces requiring dependable corrosion protection under atmospheric exposure. Suitable for new-build, maintenance, and repair applications where a durable epoxy primer is required before application of compatible epoxy or polyurethane topcoats. It can withstand dry exposure temperatures up to 140°C.
