Usage:
Hempadur Multi-Strength 45751 is recommended for areas exposed to severe abrasion and aggressive corrosive environments, including ramps, ship hulls, bulk carrier holds, and ballast tanks. With 79 ± 2% volume solids, it provides a recommended DFT of 200 µm and a theoretical spreading rate of approximately 3.9 m²/litre. It can be applied by heavy-duty airless spray equipment or by brush/roller, and is suitable for warm-climate applications.
Applications:
Ideal for heavy-duty industrial and marine structures requiring high resistance to abrasion and corrosion. Suitable for ship hulls, bulk carrier holds, ballast tanks, ramps, and other steel structures where long-term protection and mechanical durability are critical. It can withstand dry exposure temperatures up to 140°C and immersion temperatures up to 50°C.
