Usage:
Hempadur Multi-Strength GF 35870 is recommended as a self-primed, high-build coating for areas exposed to severe abrasion and highly corrosive environments, including offshore splash zones, jetty pilings, working decks, offshore foundations, and ice trading vessels. With 87 ± 2% volume solids, it provides a recommended DFT of 350 µm and a theoretical spreading rate of approximately 2.5 m²/litre. It is applied by heavy-duty airless spray and can be immersed as early as 4 hours after application at 20°C.
Applications:
Ideal for offshore and marine structures requiring high-performance protection against abrasion, impact, seawater, and corrosive conditions. Suitable for offshore splash zones, jetty pilings, working decks, offshore foundations, and ice trading vessels, with service temperatures up to 140°C in dry exposure and up to 60°C in water.
