Usage:
Linosol Chlorinated Rubber Paint is formulated with plasticised chlororubber medium and suitable pigments to deliver excellent chemical and water resistance. It offers reliable performance against splash and spillage exposure of acids, alkalis, salts, and water, while withstanding continuous temperatures up to 65°C and intermittent exposure up to 75°C. The paint dries quickly, achieving surface dry in 30 minutes, handle dry in 4 hours, and hard dry in 8 hours at 30°C, with recoating recommended after overnight drying. It produces a glossy finish with a recommended dry film thickness of 30 microns per coat, giving a theoretical coverage of around 12 m²/litre depending on application and surface conditions.
Applications:
Ideally suited for steel structures, pipelines, storage tanks, breweries, fertilizer plants, laundries, and pulp and paper mills. It is also recommended for concrete and plastered surfaces in environments exposed to aggressive industrial and marine conditions where high durability and water resistance are essential.
