Usage:
Neromastic 400 (I) is ideal for application on steel structures in industrial facilities, bridges, tank exteriors, marine vessels, offshore platforms, oil tanks, piping, roofs, and water towers. It can also be applied over existing alkyd systems, offering versatile performance for maintenance operations. With a volume solid of 80 ± 3%, it achieves a DFT of 75–125 μm per coat and a theoretical coverage of 6.40–10.60 m²/litre. The coating dries to touch within 4–5 hours, hard dries in 16–18 hours, and fully cures in 7 days. It can be recoated after 12 hours under clean and dry conditions.
Applications:
Recommended for maintenance of steel structures where blasting is not feasible. Suitable for use in harsh industrial and marine environments requiring robust corrosion protection. Compatible with chlorinated rubber, epoxy, and polyurethane overcoats, making it an excellent choice for general maintenance and refurbishment of steel assets.
