Usage:
Neropoxy HB 6061 Coating is a versatile high-build epoxy polyamide coating that can be used as an intermediate or topcoat over epoxy primers or zinc primers. It provides superior protection against corrosion, moisture, and mild chemicals in industrial environments. With volume solids of 65 ± 3%, it delivers a DFT of 60–125 µm per coat (corresponding WFT 98–189 µm) and offers a theoretical coverage rate of 5.2–10.8 m²/litre. It dries to touch in 2–3 hours, hard dries in 16–18 hours, and fully cures in 7 days. The product may be recoated after 18 hours, with a maximum overcoating interval of 1 month.
Applications:
Ideal for use on structural steel, pipelines, tanks, refineries, power plants, and industrial machinery. It can be overcoated with epoxy, polyurethane, chlorinated rubber, or conventional coatings to provide enhanced durability and chemical resistance. Its excellent adhesion and protective properties make it suitable for marine, infrastructure, and general industrial maintenance applications.
