Usage:
Nerotherm 538 is recommended for chimneys, stacks, furnaces, reactors, ducts, pipelines, and other steel structures operating under elevated temperatures in industries such as petrochemical, marine, and power generation. It offers superior adhesion, corrosion resistance, and weather stability. With a volume solid content of 31 ± 3%, it delivers a DFT of 25 µm per coat and a theoretical coverage of 12.4 m²/litre. The coating surface dries within 30 minutes, cures in 2 hours at room temperature followed by 2 hours at 150°C, and is ready for recoating after 1 hour. It can be applied by brush, airless, or conventional spray methods.

Ideal for protecting high-temperature steel surfaces in refineries, chemical plants, and marine environments. Suitable for use on stacks, chimneys, pipelines, and heat-exposed equipment where thermal stability and long-term resistance to oxidation are essential.
