Usage:

Provides outstanding resistance to atmospheric exposure and UV degradation while maintaining colour and gloss stability. The coating cures effectively even at low temperatures down to -5°C, making it suitable for year-round application. It resists splashes of mineral oils, vegetable oils, paraffins, aliphatic petroleum products, and mild chemicals. Recommended dry film thickness is 50–60 µm per coat, with a theoretical spreading rate of 11.0 m²/litre at 50 µm. It dries to touch in 1 hour, becomes fully cured in 4 days at 20°C, and offers unlimited recoating intervals, ensuring excellent flexibility during application and maintenance. Pot life is approximately 5 hours at 20°C.

Applications:

Ideal as a long-lasting finish coat over epoxy or polyurethane primers for structural steel, bridges, pipelines, offshore platforms, tanks, and industrial equipment. Suitable for use in coastal, marine, petrochemical, and power generation facilities where long-term durability, UV resistance, and chemical splash resistance are critical.
