Usage:
Thinner 131 is recommended for use with chlorinated rubber-based primers and topcoats manufactured by Asian Paints PPG. It ensures smooth application by brush, roller, or spray and enhances film flow and leveling. Typically added up to 5–10% by volume depending on ambient conditions and method of application. It can also be used as a cleaner for spray equipment, brushes, and rollers immediately after use.
Applications:
Used in marine, infrastructure, and industrial maintenance painting jobs where chlorinated rubber coatings are applied, including structural steel, storage tanks, bridges, jetties, and marine facilities.
