Usage:

Provides excellent chemical resistance and long-term durability in aggressive service environments. Suitable for storage of fresh water, salt water, brine, sweet and sour crude, refined petroleum products, solvents, and can also be used in potable water tanks. Acts as a self-priming system, eliminating the need for a separate primer, while offering outstanding adhesion and protective barrier properties. Recommended dry film thickness per coat is 75–125 µm, with a theoretical coverage of 8.0 m²/litre at 75 µm and 4.8 m²/litre at 125 µm. Achieves surface dry in 2 hours, hard dry in 12 hours, and full cure in 7 days at 30°C. Overcoating interval is between 12 hours and 5 days, provided the surface is clean and uncontaminated.

Applications:

Specially designed as an internal lining for tanks, pipelines, and process vessels handling water, crude oil, petroleum derivatives, and solvents. Suitable for new steel or concrete surfaces in industrial plants, refineries, petrochemical facilities, and marine storage tanks where strong chemical and water resistance is required.
