Usage:

Provides excellent resistance to furnace oil, diesel, engine oil, brine, sweet and sour crude, refined petroleum products, and a wide range of solvents. Offers superior abrasion and impact resistance with excellent corrosion protection even under thermal insulation subjected to wet and dry cycles. Withstands wet heat exposure up to 150°C and dry heat up to 200°C, ensuring long-lasting barrier protection. Delivers a matt to eggshell finish with a volume solids content of approximately 70%. Recommended dry film thickness is 100–150 µm per coat, with a theoretical coverage of 7.0 m²/litre at 100 µm and 4.7 m²/litre at 150 µm. The coating dries to surface in 6 hours, hard dry in 16 hours, and achieves full cure within 7 days at 30°C. Overcoating intervals range between 16 hours and 5 days, provided the surface is dry and clean.

Applications:

Recommended as a tank lining for the storage of petroleum products, solvents, crude oils, brine, and process chemicals. Suitable for steelwork under insulation exposed to cyclic wet and dry heat, making it highly effective in refineries, petrochemical plants, chemical storage facilities, and industrial process equipment.
