Usage:

Offers excellent resistance to water, saline atmosphere, and industrial pollutants with very good adhesion and mechanical strength. Provides a high film build of up to 125 µm DFT in a single spray coat, ensuring durable barrier protection. Compatible with alkyd, chlorinated rubber, acrylic, epoxy, and polyurethane topcoats. Recommended DFT per coat is 50–125 µm, with theoretical coverage ranging from 11.6 m²/litre at 50 µm to 4.6 m²/litre at 125 µm. Achieves surface dry in 60 minutes, hard dry in 16 hours, and full cure in 7 days at 30°C. Overcoating can be done after 16 hours, with a maximum interval of 1 month (surface must remain clean and dry).

Applications:

Suitable for new construction and maintenance of steel structures exposed to harsh industrial and marine conditions. Ideal for use on blast-cleaned steel, pipelines, bridges, refineries, tanks, and structural steelwork. Can be applied by airless spray, conventional spray, or brush/roller for stripe coating and small areas.
