Usage:

Provides outstanding corrosion resistance even on lower grades of steel preparation, making it suitable for maintenance painting. Offers excellent adhesion, good flexibility, and strong barrier protection with 80 ± 2% volume solids. Ensures durable performance with a recommended dry film thickness of 75–250 µm per coat, providing a theoretical coverage of 6.4 m²/litre at 125 µm DFT. The coating dries to touch in 3 hours, overcoating can be done after 8 hours (up to 6 months), and it achieves full cure in 7 days at 20°C. Application can be carried out by airless spray, brush, or roller, with thinning by Thinner 91-92 as needed.

Applications:

Suitable for structural steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and shop-primed substrates in industrial, coastal, and marine environments. Ideal for use as a primer, intermediate, or buildcoat in epoxy systems for bridges, pipelines, offshore platforms, refineries, storage tanks, and general maintenance projects requiring surface-tolerant protection.
