Usage:

Provides excellent barrier protection with high solids content (80 ± 2%) and superior adhesion, ensuring durability in aggressive industrial and marine environments. Offers a low metallic sheen finish in red-brown or greenish-grey shades. Delivers strong corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and long-term performance as part of multi-coat protective systems. Recommended dry film thickness ranges between 40–150 µm per coat, providing a theoretical spreading rate of 8.0 m²/litre at 100 µm DFT. Dries to touch in 3 hours and achieves full cure in 7 days at 20°C, with pot life varying between 2–6 hours depending on temperature. Can be applied by airless spray or roller, with thinning recommended using Thinner 91-92.

Applications:

Suitable for use on structural steel, pipelines, bridges, tanks, offshore platforms, and industrial plants requiring durable protection against atmospheric and marine exposure. Recommended as an intermediate coat over zinc-rich primers or as part of epoxy/polyurethane coating systems for long-term corrosion control.
